Q1 2026 Feature Fixes and Updates

Here's a roundup of all the releases, improvements and fixes we've made to level up your user experience.

Enhancements

  • Comprehensive Budget-Matched Catalog - Going forward, any gift sent from a template will be aligned with the full range of physical gift and swag items that match the selected budget, ensuring that no brand is left out.

  • Redemption Report Field Updates - We added custom fields and an Employee ID to the Redemption Report.

  • Gift Permission Control - Users without the “Send from HR system” permission will not be able to access the gift-sending feature.

  • International Preview Logic - Preview for the non-US countries: Physical gift and Swag tabs on the preview for the non-US countries will not be displayed if they are empty

  • Mandatory Size Selection - All gift links related to apparel (Swag, clothing, and similar items) sent directly to recipients, will now display the Size field as empty and required, no more guessing sizes

  • Gift Card Fields, Organized - We’ve reorganized how fields are displayed across all gift cards so everything follows a clear, logical flow.

  • Insights: Physical Gifts Added - Physical gifts and Swag are now included as redeemed gifts in Insights, with more visibility, more clarity

  • Clearer Gift Previews
    To avoid confusion, we rolled out a brand-new design for Gift Previews.
    No more mixing up real gifts with previews - clarity never looked so good.

  • New Search Bar Added
    New feature alert! We’ve added a dedicated search bar when creating and editing Campaign Templates and Reward Links, so managers can instantly check if a product exists. Now you’ve got the Gifted Search.

  • Multi-Select by Default
    When creating new countries under a campaign, the gift type will now default to Multi-Select. Smoother, simpler, better.

  • Logs Tab Relocated
    As part of ongoing frontend polish, we moved the Logs tab to its rightful place.

  • Recipient Details Confirmation for Physical Gifts & Swag
    Whenever recipients receive a physical gift or Swag directly from their admin, they’ll now get a link with the gift plus a new confirmation pop-up.
    Recipients must review and confirm all their details before the gift is shipped. We’re doing everything we can to keep customers confident and satisfied.

  • Mandatory Fields Validation
    Any required field, anywhere in the system, will now clearly display an error if left empty.

Bug Fixes

  • Bulgarian Euro Conversion Fix - Remember the Bulgarian issue with converting to the Euro? All fixed now!

  • Charged, No Gift - Our dev team fixed the infamous “Card Charged but No Gift Sent” bug, happier customers all around.

  • Cleaner Tracking Links - Physical gift tracking links no longer redirect managers to the Gifted homepage. Yes… This is one of those things that’s better gone.

  • No More Invoice Duplicates - Coupa invoice issue? solved! Every invoice is now verified before creation to ensure it hasn’t already been generated. No duplicates, no headaches. Love it!

  • Bulk Sending Bug Fixed A bug affecting bulk gift sending and credit card charging at send time was showing an incorrect screen, now officially fixed!

  • Shipping Addresses Restored
    Users who tried sending themselves a physical gift or swag ran into an issue - not anymore! Everyone who wants a gift… gets a gift.

  • Redemption Report Bug Fixed
    We fixed a bug that caused incorrect data in the Employee ID field within the Redemption Report. Quickly handled and fully resolved.

  • HRIS Integrations Stability
    The HRIS integrations page was freezing after expanding the list of supported systems.Not anymore.

  • Reward Link Drafts – Fully Usable
    Previously, reward links saved as drafts couldn’t be finalized and activated. This has now been fixed and works as expected.

  • Swag & Physical Gifts Reports – Error Removed
    An unnecessary error message appeared in Swag & PG reports. Thanks to QA, this issue is now resolved.

  • Swag & PG Reports – Empty Tracking Window
    Thanks to QA’s sharp eye, we fixed a bug that showed managers an empty modal without tracking links for Swag & PG orders.

  • International Swag Orders – “State” Field

  • All international Swag orders incorrectly required the “State” field (US-only).
    The dev team fixed it!

  • External Gift Card Expiration Dates
    A bug caused some external gift cards to appear expired before they were redeemable. The relevant fields were redefined, and the issue is now resolved.
