How to Cancel a Timed Gift

Timed gifts let you schedule appreciation for a specific date or occasion. If plans change, canceling one is quick. Just follow the steps below.

Step 1: Open the Timed Gifts page
Click the Reports tab on the side of your screen, then select Timed Gifts from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Find the gift
On the Timed Gifts page, locate the gift you want to cancel and click the Pencil icon next to it.

Step 3: Click "Cancel Timed Gift"
In the pop-up window, click Cancel Timed Gift.

Step 4: Confirm
A message will confirm that your timed gift was canceled. Close the pop-up, and you're done.

Note: Canceling a timed gift can't be undone. To reschedule, you'll need to create a new one.
