How to filter the gift status?
To get started, go to the Reports tab.
Once there, click on the Advanced Search option.
From the menu, select the desired Gift Status.
When you've made your selection, hit the Search button to apply the filter.
The gift statuses are:
Sent - When a gift is marked as Sent, the recipient has been notified that they have been given a gift. Once they open their gift and view the gift card options, they can select the brands they like.
Opened - If the recipient opens their gift, the status of the gift will be marked as Opened. This means the recipient has seen the gift cards in their gift but has not yet chosen any brands.
Selected - Finally, when the recipient has chosen at least one brand, the status of the gift will be marked as Selected.
Canceled - The gift was canceled.
