Gift Status

The Reports tab allows you to filter gifts based on their status.

How to filter the gift status?

  1. To get started, go to the Reports tab.

  2. Once there, click on the Advanced Search option.

  3. From the menu, select the desired Gift Status.

  4. When you've selected it, hit the Search button to apply the filter.


The gift statuses are:

  • Pending Approval - This means that we need to review the gift before delivering it to the recipient. The review process usually takes up to an hour.

  • Sent - When a gift is marked as Sent, the recipient has been notified that they have been given a gift. Once they open their gift and view the gift card options, they can select the brands they like.

  • Opened - If the recipient opens their gift, the status of the gift will be marked as Opened. This means the recipient has seen the gift cards in their gift but has not yet chosen any brands.

  • Partially Redeemed - When a gift card is partially redeemed, the recipient has used a portion of the gift amount, but there is still some balance to be redeemed.

  • Fully Redeemed - Finally, when the recipient has chosen at least one brand, the status of the gift will be marked as Selected.

  • Cancelled - The gift was canceled and can't be retrieved.

  • Expired - The gift has expired and cannot be retrieved.
