How to Send a Physical Gift?

We now offer you the exciting opportunity to send physical gifts to your recipients in the United States directly from our platform.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to send physical gifts using gifted.co:

1. Access the Physical Gift Tab

Begin by logging into your Gifted account and navigating to the left sidebar.

Click the "Physical Gift" tab to access our physical gifting feature.

2. Select Your Gifts

Browse the available gifts and choose the items you'd like to send to your recipients. You can find a variety of options to suit various tastes and occasions.

3. Add Gifts to Your Cart

After selecting the gifts, click the "Add to Cart" button to collect the items you wish to send.

4. Review and Manage Your Cart

To send the selected gifts, navigate to the top-right corner of the page and click on the "Cart" icon.

5. View and Review Your Gifts

In the cart, you'll see an overview of the items you've added. Take a moment to confirm that you've selected the right gifts.

6. Add Recipients

To specify the recipients of your gifts, click on "Add Recipients" within the cart.

7. Add Recipients

You can add recipients in several ways:

  • From Your People Tab: If you've already added recipients to your Gifted account, you can select them from your "People" tab.

  • Import from an Excel Spreadsheet: If you have a list of recipients in an Excel spreadsheet, you can import them for convenience.

  • Manual Entry: If you add recipients for the first time, you can manually enter their details.

8. Collect Recipient Addresses

If you don't have the recipient's address, don't worry! Gifted will help you request the necessary address information.

9. Checkout and Confirm

After adding your recipients, click the "Checkout" button to confirm your gift order.

10. Send Gifts

Once you've confirmed your order, click "Send Gifts" to initiate the gifting process.

11. Fund Your Account (if needed)

If you have insufficient funds in your Gifted account to cover the cost of the gifts and shipping, you'll be prompted to load funds. You can do this by clicking on the Load Funds button at the top of the page.
