Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log in to Gifted and navigate to HR Sync settings
Sign into your Gifted account.
Go to the Integrations tab.
2. Confirm that HR Sync is enabled and running for your organization
If you see a single Integration option, you are connected to that HRIS
If you see multiple options, you are not connected, and you can select the one you use to begin the connection.
Check to see the status of your Integration
Success: No further action is required; The sync is working as it should
Error: You need to disconnect and reconnect your integration; select Remove Integration and reconnect it
Pending: The sync is waiting in the queue and will be completed shortly
In Progress: The sync is currently happening and will be completed in 5-10 minutes.
