Are there any minimums?
NO! Every item in our catalog can be ordered as one piece and we do not require ANY investment in inventory.
Where can I find the price of each item?
Each item's price can be found on your swag store. A small shipping charge is added to each order and is calculated at checkout.
Are there any additional costs?
You can expect additional shipping costs when shipping internationally. These are automatically calculated when placing the order.
What are the average shipping times?
Shipping times vary depending on where the order is going. For example, a white 11oz mug should arrive within 4-8 business days in the US and 7-15 business days anywhere else in the world.
Will my orders have tracking information?
Yes! You can view tracking information for orders sent by clicking “Reports” and then clicking “Swag Report”.
How do I get billed?
You can pay for any order directly from your Gifted account balance.
Do you take returns?
Due to the custom nature of every single product, we do not accept returns. However, if your item is defective for any reason, of course, we will reprint that order for you.
Do you offer more items than the items on the catalog?
Yes, we have more items available. Please inquire with [email protected] if you’d like to add other items to your shop.
