Custom Fields and How They Work

Our new Custom Fields feature offers enhanced customization and allows you to organize your gifts for your records. These can be adjusted to accommodate any tracking information your company requires and can be set as optional or mandatory selections when sending a gift.

To access the Custom Fields feature, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Settings tab.

2. Choose Custom Fields.

3. Click on Add Custom Fields.

4. Enter the Custom Field's name and select the type of it.

5. If you want this field to be a required field, check the checkbox below.

6. Click on Save Custom Field.

Please note that you can create up to three custom fields for your account.

When selecting a gift, the custom fields will appear for you to edit before sending every gift:

The custom field's content will be shown on the exported report on the Reports tab.
