HRIS integrations make gifting even easier, but how can we customize the integration to pull the most accurate data from our HRIS account?
We noticed that companies send their gifts by using different fields (for phone numbers, email addresses, countries, and employment types), even if they use the same HRIS platform.
We opened the Integration settings on the people tab, allowing you to determine what fields are relevant for your company and will appear on your Gifted account.
For example, if you use the "Work Site" field as the main field to determine the employees' country, all you need to do is to change the Country field on the Integration Settings page.
How can I customize the fields for all employees at once?
Go to the People tab.
Hit Settings:
3. Select the relevant parameters you want us to pull from your HRIS account:

In different HRIS platforms, different fields can be modified.
