We understand that you may need to cancel a gift or request a refund after it has been sent. You can cancel any uncaimed gift within two years of the sending date, and 75% of the value will be added back to your account.
Canceling gift cards within 72 hours from the send date will return 100% of the gift value to your account balance.
Please note that we cannot cancel a gift once the recipient has selected it.
Canceling a Gift
Canceling a gift is a simple process, but be sure to follow these instructions carefully. After canceling a gift, it cannot be reinstated.
1. Go to the Reports tab in your account.
2. Find the relevant recipient whose gift you wish to cancel.
3. Once you've located the recipient, click on Actions next to their name.
4. Select Cancel and Confirm.
And that's it! You've successfully canceled the gift, and the funds returned to your account balance.
You can also resend your gifts for different purposes by changing the recipient's details and greetings. To resend a gift, please follow the steps below:
