Below the video you will find step by step instructions on how to add and remove users.

Add a User:

1. Click on Users from the left menu

2. Click on Add User on the top right of the screen

3. Enter the user email, first name, and last name.

4. Select the Role for the user

5. Click Save to add the user


Please note:

  • Admins can see every gift sent on the platform from the reports section

  • Managers and Team Members can only see the gifts they've sent


Remove a User:

1. Click on Users from the Dashboard

2. Select the user you wish to remove by clicking the icon next to their name.

3. Toggle them to inactive.

4. Hit Save.
